Ingredients
- Ewedu leaves- 8 oz fresh
- Potash (optional, to aid sliminess)- 1 tsp
- Crayfish- 2 tbsp ground
- Seasoning cubes- 1 tsp
- Salt & pepper- to taste
- Locust bean- 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Boil ewedu leaves with potash until soft.
- Blend or whisk until smooth.
- Add crayfish, seasoning, and pepper.
- Simmer briefly and serve with stew and amala.
